Most teams start everyone on Essentials, then send regular users to Practitioner and a few builders to Builder.

A fixed core, tailored to the team.
The core of each level is the same for every client, so quality holds from one group to the next. The tailored part is built from an interview with each team before the first session.
- Core. How the tools work, asking well, checking output, research, data rules and safe use.
- Tailored. The team's own tasks, documents, examples and tools, by function and industry.
- After. Four weekly usage reports, with a short clinic where the team is stuck.
On the tools the team already has.
Sessions run on the client's licences and data, never on a demo account. Product names differ; the skills carry across.

ChatGPT and ChatGPT Enterprise, projects and custom GPTs.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, on the client's documents and permissions.
Claude
Claude, Projects, Skills and Artifacts, and Claude Code at Builder level.
Gemini
Gemini in Gmail, Docs and Sheets, and Gems, where the team runs on Google Workspace.
Same capability, different names.
Practitioner teaches the capability and the name it carries in the company's tool.
