Build an AI-fluent company, one team at a time.
Hands-on AI training for every team, and the advisory to lead the company's transformation.

From the first hour, participants work on their own emails, files and tools.
Every session runs on the client's licences, with exercises built from the team's real work.
What changes after the training.
Licences in use, every week
Every participant uses AI on real work each week. Management sees it in four weekly usage reports.
Time back on routine work
Emails, documents, research and reports done in minutes, and checked before they leave.
A library the team keeps
Prompts, saved procedures and team rules that stay after the trainer leaves.
Safe by default
Everyone knows what stays out of a prompt, and who approves what goes out.
Three levels. Each team starts where it stands.
AI Essentials
One day for every employee: the tool, the rules, faster writing and research, and one workflow per person.
AI EssentialsAI Practitioner
One day to decide what to hand over, give AI the team's context, save procedures and schedule repeat work, on any tool.
AI PractitionerAI Builder
Small internal tools built with coding agents, connected to data and shipped without exposing keys or systems.
AI BuilderTailored to the team's function and industry.
The levels stay the same. The cases, examples and exercises change with the team in the room.
Sales and marketing
Content, ads, creative and outreach, from a team backed by a data and growth agency.
For sales and marketingProfessional services
Consulting firms and agencies: research, proposals, deliverables and review standards.
For professional servicesIndustrial groups
Office and management teams: reports, tenders, suppliers and quality documents.
For industrial groupsThe real value unlock was having a system that maintains context over time and improves as it records the users' feedback. Also, understanding the architecture behind it, so we could take ownership and expand the scope ourselves.Head of marketing, data and growth agency, after onboarding her team on a new AI system
How a programme runs.
Before
One interview per team to collect its real tasks, documents and tools.
During
Sessions on site, on the client's licences. Participants work on their own cases from the first hour.
After
Four weekly usage reports to management, with a short clinic where the team is stuck.
Safe use is taught at every level.
What never goes into a prompt, how to share a workspace, how to keep an API key out of a script.
AI for Leaders: one-to-one coaching for the people who decide.
What AI can do across the business, the risks and guardrails, and how to deploy it.
Beyond training, Astra Via also advises.
AI roadmap
Which workflows are worth automating, what each one is worth, and the order to build them in.
Change management
Champions, internal AI leads and adoption measured team by team, so the training sticks.
Implementation
When the roadmap calls for a build: built in the client's own tools and handed over to the team.
Questions.
Which AI tools does the training cover?
The tools the team already has or is rolling out: ChatGPT and ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and Gemini. Sessions run on the client's own licences, never on a demo account.
How is a programme tailored to a team?
Each level has a fixed core. The rest is built from one interview per team before the sessions, so the exercises use the team's real tasks, documents and tools.
Where does the training take place, and in which language?
On site, in Dubai and across MENA, in English or French. A level can run as one block or be split into shorter sessions.
How does the client know the training worked?
Four weekly usage reports after the sessions: which tools are used, by whom, for which tasks, and where people are stuck.
Does Astra Via also build AI workflows?
Yes, as part of its advisory work, when a client's roadmap calls for a build. It is built in the client's own tools and handed over to the client's team.
